Theme: Our food systems should provide healthy food for people and planet, not large profits for corporations.
The Two Films and Three Talks/Demonstrations are are timed so that everyone should be able to watch at least one film and attend a Growing Veg talk.
The Growing Veg talks are the same talk repeated throughout the day. (45 minutes in length)

The Café will be open for the day selling hot food and all refreshments.
The films will have English subtitles.
The talks will have a BSL Interpreter.

Documentary looks at multinational corporations controlling our food system at enormous cost to our planet, workforce and health.

To entice people to come and watch a serious subject early in the day, the ticket price for Food Inc 2 will include a coffee & a local bakery pastry!!.

Documentary looks at the massive year-long protests against the Indian government’s then newly enacted farm laws during the COVID lockdown.

🍎2.30pm – 3.15pm Talk (3) on Growing Veg. 45 minutes long.
