We are excited to invite you to our upcoming Food Safety Training course, hosted by the Environmental Health Division of Bismarck-Burleigh Public Health. This session is designed for food employees and managers who are eager to enhance their food safety knowledge. The details of the event are as follows:

This training will cover:

• Fundamental principles of food safety
• Specifics of Bismarck’s food code
• Strategies to prevent health code violations

Participants will be awarded a certificate of completion. Please note that space is limited to the first 25 registrants, and there is no fee for attending.
