ทัวร์แบบอินเทอร์แอ็กทีฟที่จะสร้างพื้นที่เพื่อให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับอาหารส่วนเกินอย่างลึกซึ้งและเชื่อมโยงกันเพื่อวิธีลดขยะอาหารในกรุงเทพฯ ที่มีมากขึ้นทุกวัน รวมถึงได้มาร่วมกันเรียนรู้วิธีการสร้างอาหารมื้ออร่อยจากอาหารส่วนเกินแทนที่จะทิ้งไปอย่างไร้ค่า

พูดคุยกับ Lotus’s เกี่ยวกับอาหารส่วนเกิน มาตรฐานความงามของผัก วิธีลดขยะอาหารและกอบกู้อาหารส่วนเกินจาก Lotus’s
17:30 น. เดินทางไปยังครัวรักษ์อาหารของ SOS (FREC กรุงเทพฯ) *จะมีการจัดรถบริการผู้เข้าร่วมงานทุกคน
เยี่ยมชม SOS Rescue Kitchen และพูดคุยเรื่องภารกิจ SOS
ร่วมปรุงอาหารที่ SOS Rescue Kitchen โดยใช้อาหารที่ได้รับกอบกู้มาจาก Lotus’s
19:00 น. รับประทานอาหาร ณ นา คาเฟ่
19:30 น. แบ่งปันแนวคิดเกี่ยวกับการต่อสู้กับขยะอาหารในกรุงเทพฯ
ทัวร์ครั้งนี้จะจัดขึ้นในวันเสาร์ที่ 4 กุมภาพันธ์ และวันเสาร์ที่ 11 กุมภาพันธ์ เวลา 16:00 - 20:00 น.
*จำกัดจำนวน 20 ท่านต่อรอบ

This tour activity offers a unique opportunity for the audience and visitors to experience firsthand the food rescue process by Scholars of Sustenance Foundation. The tour group will be joined by the SOS foundation staff in rescuing food surplus and learning more about the problem of food waste and food insecurities. Then, after the rescuing process, the tour will be spending time together in the cooking session to create scrumptious meals with rescued foods!

4:00 p.m. Meet at Lotus's Rama 1 branch (MAP)
Talk from Lotus’s about food surplus, vegetable beauty standards, how food is rescued
5:30 p.m. Transport to SOS office (FREC, Bangkok) *A vehicle will be arranged for all participants.
Tour of SOS Rescue Kitchen and talk on SOS mission
Participants cook a potluck at SOS Rescue Kitchen using food rescued from Lotus’s
7:00 p.m. Communal meal at Na Cafe
7:30 p.m. Sharing ideas on fighting food waste in Bangkok
This tour will be held on Saturday, February 4th and Saturday, February 11th from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
*Limited to 20 persons per round
