Food Photography Masterclass with David Loftus

With a career spanning over three decades, David is perhaps best known for his collaboration with Jamie Oliver, shooting more than 40 cookbooks and helping to shape a bold, natural style that transformed how food is photographed worldwide. His work has been published internationally across editorial, advertising, and publishing, and he is widely respected for his instinctive approach to light, composition, and storytelling.

He is also a long-standing judge for the World Food Photography Awards sponsored by Tenderstem®Bimi®Broccolini, the winning images of which will be featured in our 3'6 bar at the time of this event.

In this hands-on session, David will share his expert techniques for capturing mouth-watering images—from mastering natural light and composition to styling dishes for maximum impact.

Guests are encouraged to bring their own cameras to practice alongside David, or can simply take part using their smartphones and learn how to elevate everyday food photography.
