Follow everyday ingredients from farm to fork, then chart your food system together.
About this Event

This workshop traces the journey of everyday ingredients, tomatoes, coffee, animal proteins, from soil to plate. Participants will look at current farming practices, food supply chains, and preservation methods, and unpack why so much food ends up wasted along the way.

Through a group activity, everyone will map a selected ingredient’s journey using visuals and diagrams on a shared canvas, building a collective picture of growth cycles, soil health, and food production.

Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of where their food actually comes from and the systems behind it, plus a shared visual “tapestry” created during the session.
