There is a food giveaway from 5:00 - 7:00 PM, with walk-ups beginning at 6 PM. You must bring ID.There will be yard signs along the route with a telephone number for you to text in order to sign in for the Food Giveaway.
YOU WILL KEEP YOUR CONFIRMATION ON YOUR PHONE OR TAKE A SCREENSHOT WITH THE DATE AND TIME STAMP AND SHOW IT TO THE STAFF MEMBER THAT IS SIGNING PEOPLE IN.
** please note - if you do not use a smart phone or are not comfortable completing a form online, we will sign you in from our tablet**
NOTE - DO NOT SIGN IN UNTIL THE DAY OF THE EVENT! If the screenshot of your time and date stamp confirmation does not show the CURRENT DATE, you will have to sign in again.
Sign in ONE TIME ONLY. Signing in multiple times will not get you additional food boxes.
**If you are picking up for multiple households, you must have an ID for each household, and everyone must have a different address. This ID can be printed or a digital copy on your phone. Show this to the staff member in the parking lot and they will sign the person in**
Also, the Salvation Army does not charge any money for it's services or to receive a food box. Do not give anyone any money, because we will not ask. There is no soliciting is allowed on the premises.
*** NOTE***
Everyone must have an area in your trunk or inside your vehicle cleared out and ready to have your food box loaded in. Our volunteers have difficulty loading your food and drinks when there is not a cleared out area. Also please make sure your trunks are popped open or the vehicle door unlocked.
Please note, when you sign in and complete the form and click "I submit", the next page will have the date and time stamp on it. Either keep that screen on your phone or take a screenshot of it. You must show this to the staff member that is signing people in. If you sign in online and do not show your confirmation with time and date stamp, we will have to sign you in again and this will result in our reporting numbers being off.
