• authentic Ukrainian dishes: borshch, varenyky, holubtsi, potato zrazy, syrnyky, crepes, and traditional ceremonial pastries

• traditional spring-calling songs performed by the ensemble “HraiMore”

• folk craft workshops and exhibitions

• reenactment of spring rituals and traditional folk games
