Enjoy the outdoors, meet new folks, and have fun! It's easier to stick with healthy habits like a walking routine with friends to support you. We'll gather at the Co-op for a walk along the Rappahannock River Heritage Trail and Canal Path, as well as other areas close to the Co-op neighborhood.
