Food & Drink Week: Coffee & Chocolate Tasting Experience

This fun and interactive workshop is designed for curious beginners, passionate foodies, and anyone who simply loves discovering new flavours. You’ll explore carefully selected coffees and hot chocolates through aroma, taste, texture, and flavour notes, learning how to taste like a pro along the way.

Using your own tasting cards and flavour wheel, you’ll compare, score, and discuss what you can detect in each sample. Expect a few playful surprises too, with blind tastings and guessing games that will put your senses to the test. Can you identify the flavour? Guess the cocoa percentage? Pick out hidden notes?

Alongside the tastings, you’ll hear fascinating snippets about the history, origins, and craft behind coffee and chocolate, all in a relaxed, welcoming setting.

Each guest will also receive a small take-home gift, including a couple of Valrhona chocolates and an exclusive voucher to enjoy on a future visit to Café au Chocolat.
