Food & Beverage Open Day at Shangri-La The Shard

Our Recruitment Day is a structured day that will begin at 10:00am and end at 1:00pm. You will have the chance to come in, learn about the hotel, meet the various managers, take a tour of the facilities, and sit for a formal interview should you decide pursue your career here. After you submit your application and CV through Caterer, we will contact you to arrange a phone call to discuss your career objectives and desired roles within the hotel.

Available positions can be found in our restaurants and bars: GONG Bar, TING Restaurant, Sky Lounge, and Bar 31, as well as our banqueting and events department.

Who are we?

Shangri-La The Shard, London is the first elevated luxury hotel in the city. Located between levels 34 and 52 of The Shard, it offers 202 guestrooms and suites throughout Western Europe’s tallest building. Our hotel is a destination in itself, featuring four venues for dining, drinks and exclusive experiences including the popular Afternoon Tea at TING and Dining in the Sky. We combine the best in contemporary cuisine with the highest views in London. Our chefs have established strong relationships with local suppliers, sourcing ingredients from our neighbours at Borough Market and Bermondsey Street.
