This seminar will include tasting of 5 wines, 3 course tapas menu, a glass of beverage wine of your choice and Connie's book "Passions of a Restauratuer"
Wines - Chardonnay, stainless steel and oak, Marv'lous, Felicity and Cabernet Franc., and a taste of Cabernet Sauvignon out of the tank.
