The North Merchiston Club is bringing you an event you do not want to miss. Also joining us on the 28th Sept is Merchiston Community Council, and some of our very own Board Trustees.
"Come find out how you can take charge of your own health. It’s far simpler than you think and it all starts with the quality of the food you eat. We need to bring conscious awareness to the decisions and food choices we make, daily. Robust health can only be achieved by consuming nutritious, unadulterated, wholesome but still delicious food, which serves as the foundational building blocks for an optimally functioning healthy body and mind. This is one of the most powerful actions you can take right now. Local Abundance Edinburgh (a local food hub) and Common Knowledge Edinburgh are holding a Food & Health Festival and have brought together their suppliers for the event. Farmers & food producers who will have produce for sale and holistic health practitioners (human & pet) offering health care that gets to the root of health problems will be available on the day. They will also be giving 15 minute talks with time for Q&A. So come along and join us at the Food & Health Festival."
