About this Event

We want your ideas about the changes you want to see in Glasgow when it comes to our food and how that impacts the world we live in.

As we wind down from COP26, let's reflect on the positive changes that are already happening all around us and drill these ideas down further into our desired action statements on the kind of future we want in our local area for our food system.

We’ll be running these Food & Climate Cafes in partnership with Glasgow Eco Trust every three months over the next year and a half to build together an action plan for local food systems change.

Be part of the discussion.

Schedule for this event:

10.45am - 11am - Welcome, Tea and Coffee

11am -12pm - Discussions.

12pm -12.45pm - Lunch

Food & Climate Action in Glasgow

Over the next two years, the Food & Climate Action project will be working across the city to grow community-led activity to face the challenges that climate change will bring for us all and our food system. We are a team based across six partnered organisations including: Glasgow Community Food Network, Glasgow Eco Trust, Urban Roots, St Paul’s Youth Forum, The Space, and Central & West Integration Network. We’ll be working to support increasing urban agriculture across the city and providing training and support on food and climate issues. Come join us at one of our events or workshops or get in touch at [email protected]
