What's the difference between a food allergy and an intolerance? What happens in the body, and what symptoms appear? How might you decide if your diet needs adjusting.
This workshop is presented by Jill Grange, Dip. Naturopathic Nutrition and Michele Austin, qualified Kinesiology Teacher and Practitioner.
Jill will talk about the science and nutritional aspects. Michele will demonstrate Kinesiology muscle testing, a simple and effective technique, to test for food intolerance with a range of everyday foods.
testing will be offered to all participants on the day, along with a knowledge of the basic testing, for personal use only. it's a fascinating method, that discovers stresses within the body.
