FONN: Meanderscape - The Way of Water : A therapeutic sound journey

A Meanderscape is an immersive and transformative sound journey weaving together ambient music, singing bowls, field recordings, vocals and percussion resulting in expansive sonic landscapes designed to relax restore and inspire.

For this session Nikki aka FONN has taken inspiration from the earths water cycle, cloud to rain to river to ocean and how this reflects in our own system as fluid beings.

Nikki has trained with The British Academy of Sound Therapy and integrates a method of sound therapy that has been proven to relax the body and soothe the mind. She aims to induce dream like states, to sleep while awake, to nourish the nervous system and slow down the brain.

This will be held in the beautiful space in Studio 1 at East Side Yoga.

The perfect way to round off the weekend :)

Yoga mats, bolsters and blankets wlll be provided. Please wear comfortable clothes and if you are unable to lie on the floor please let me know and i will provide an alternative.
