Our 10K, Half Marathon, 35K and 50K distances allow participants to select the course they’re prepared to tackle and can use this race as a check-mark to evaluate current condition.
Folsom Lake Trail Run utilizes these well-preserved trails along the south-eastern side of the lake: an out and back course beginning at Browns Ravine Marina, the trail then winding its way east, past Falcon Crest to the turn-around at Sweetwater Trailhead. This is one of our “flatter” courses, but there is still plenty of excitement and every race is as challenging as you make it.
