Pine River Library will host “Following In Ancient Footsteps - An Ancestral Puebloan Tour of the Four Corners” On Tuesday, September 21 from 6-7:30 pm. Local Interpretive Archeologist Denise Galley will highlight the major Ancestral Puebloan archaeological areas in the Four Corners area such as Mesa Verde, Chaco Canyon, Aztec, and Canyon of the Ancients. With six seasons as a private tour guide in Mesa Verde and Canyon of the Ancients, along with eight seasons working in National Parks such as Chaco Canyon and Grand Canyon, Galley enjoys sharing her knowledge of the Ancestral Puebloans with the general public.
