17h - 19h : Chorégraphie Styling tous niveaux (présentation lors de la soirée, sans obligation). Un moyen d'améliorer sa musicalité, d'affiner son style et de gagner en fluidité. Pendant ces deux heures, nous te guiderons afin développer ton aisance sur différents mouvements et parties du corps. La chorégraphie va te permettre de sortir de ta zone de confort tout en s'amusant!
21h - 22h : Atelier Leaders & Followers "inspiration Hip Hop"
Cet atelier vous invite à explorer l'univers du Hip Hop pour enrichir votre danse: travail de groove, de l'attitude et des isolations, le tout appliqué à votre West Coast Swing.
22h à 2h : Soirée 100% west coast swing ouverte aux extérieurs, avec SHOW des ladies.

13h30 - 15h: "Connexion & Equilibre"
A travers des exercices et variations, explore la gestion du poids du corps, comment engager son centre et fluidifier ses déplacements. Dans un but de maîtriser davantage notre danse, on approfondira le travail de stabilité et de connexion avec le sol afin d'être plus confortable à deux.
15h15 à 16h45: "Attitude & Projection scénique"
Apprends à embellir ta danse avec des mouvements naturels et élégants par un travail de posture et d'attitudes. Travaille également la projection de soi pour captiver son partenaire et le public.
17h à 18h: "Yoga"
Pour clôturer la journée en douceur, cette séance de Yoga te permettra de relâcher les tensions, d'étirer le corps et d'apaiser l'esprit.

5 p.m. - 7 p.m.: Choreography Styling all levels (show during the party, no obligation)
A way to improve musicality, refine style and gain fluidity.
During these 2 hours, we will guide you to develop your ease on different movements and body parts. The choreography will allow you to step out of your comfort zone while having fun!
9 p.m. - 10 p.m.: Leaders & Followers "Hip Hop inspiration" workshop.
This workshop invites you to explore the world of Hip Hop to enrich your dance: work on groove, attitude and isolations, all applied to your WCS.
10 p.m. to 2 a.m.: 100% west coast swing evening open to outsiders, with SHOW of the ladies.

1.30 p.m. - 3 p.m.: "Connection & Balance"
Through exercises and variations, explore how to manage your body weight, engage your center and fluidity your movements. With the aim of gaining greater control over our dance, we'll work more closely on stability and connection with the floor, to make it more comfortable with a partner.
3.15 p.m. - 4.45 p.m.: "Attitude & Stage projection"
Learn to embellish your dance with natural, elegant movements through posture and attitude work. Work on projecting yourself to captivate your partner and the audience.
5 p.m. - 6 p.m.: Yoga
For a gentle end to the day, this yoga session will help you release tension, stretch your body and calm your mind.
