Calling all dance enthusiasts! 🕺💃
Are you ready to elevate your Modern Blues Dance experience? Join us for an exciting workshop taught by Sara White
Workshop Highlights..
Unlock the Power of Connection:
Discover the magic that happens when connection becomes the heartbeat of your dance. Sara will guide you through foundational techniques that will enhance your dance partnership and make every step more meaningful.
Understanding how connection works, from the perspective of both lead and follow, can really make a difference!
Lead and Follow Dynamics:
Modern Blues is a dance of lead and follow, but have you ever considered switching roles? Sara will introduce you to the art of seamlessly switching between lead and follow, opening up new possibilities for creative expression and connection.
Styling and Top Technique Tips:
Elevate your dance aesthetics with styling tips and techniques. Explore the joy of close-hold dancing, adding a dynamic dimension to your dance while maintaining that essential connection with your partner.
So Why Attend?
Versatility:
Mastering both lead and follow roles makes you a more versatile dancer. Being able to swap roles means never being without a partner when all your favourite tracks come on!
Embrace the freedom to express yourself in different ways, creating a richer and more diverse dance experience.
Connection and Communication:
Deepen your understanding of your dance partner and enhance your ability to communicate non-verbally. Forge a stronger connection on the dance floor that goes beyond steps and movements.
Personal Growth:
Step out of your comfort zone and embrace new challenges.
This workshop offers a supportive environment for personal growth, encouraging you to explore and refine your dance style.
Don't miss this chance to dance, learn, and connect with ALL your dance partners.
Whether you're a seasoned dancer or just starting, Sara's workshop promises to inspire and elevate your dance journey.
Tea/Coffee/Biscuits available throughout the session.
There is a fully equipped kitchen at the venue, so bring along some snacks to enjoy before the afternoon Blues Emotion freestyle session.
Cost:
£35 for workshop only
£40 to include workshop & freestyle
