Description of walk: The Fox Way is a 39-mile circular route around Guildford Borough, divided into seven connected stages, all with public transport access.We will be following part of the route between Links 6 & 7 (Worplesdon & Wanborough).
Our starting point will actually be Guildford Friary Bus Station where we will take the 10.10 bus (Route 28, Falcon) to Worplesdon (Combe Lane bus stop almost opposite St Mary the Virgin Church). We then follow part of the Fox Way as far as Normandy. Our gentle 3.5 mile walk will end with an (optional) visit to the Community Cafe at Manor Fruit Farm.
Stay as long as you like before catching a bus back to Guildford (every 20 minutes, route 20, Stagecoach). The bus stop is at the junction of Glaziers Lane and Guildford Road, A323, less than 10 minutes stroll from the cafe.
