Driven Serious
Driven Serious have recently released their second album after over 11 years, performing as festival favourites and this time organising the sixth ever Folkish Explosion. They are an original folk rock band mainly based in the North East of England. Critically acclaimed with energy comparable to such bands as the Levellers and the Waterboys.

Ramble Gamble
The Extraordinary Ramble Gamble are a high octane, alternative, drunken-folk foursome from the pits of England. Matt Hercock, Jonny Lavin, Chris Logan & Ben Green have travelled the country playing both big and small stages. Ramble Gamble's inventive and energetic stage presence, along with their storytelling and genre bending music about Pirates, Cowboys, Barnyard Animals, Volcanos, Skin, Rats and more, make them an act like no other! In 2024 the band will celebrate their ten year anniversary and with such a milestone comes new music!
Their new album, “The Extraordinary Ramble Gamble & The Dark Silhouettes At The End Of The World”, will be released in summer, along with a slew of other surprises throughout the year! Lost Lot
Lost Lot are an Alt-Country band from the North East, taking influence from artists such as Jason Isbell & The 400 Unit, Wilco, The Milk Carton Kids, Bruce Springsteen and Kathleen Edwards.
Their self titled debut EP was released on the 27th October 2023 with a launch show at The Common Room on the 28th October 2023 featuring special guests India Arkin and Detroit Tourist Board.
Their previous work has been described as "Poetic brilliance… an exceptional track" (Spotlight North East) and "Simple and understated…" (Forever British Country).
Lost Lot have been proclaimed as “High Quality Americana” by Newcastle’s famous Jumpin Hot Club and as “Your new favourite folk band” and “a beautiful alt-country dream” by NE Volume.
Lost Lot are made up of Matt Dunbar, Jamie Mackay, Scott Dolan and Ben Lackenby.


Ruby Kelly
Ruby Kelly is a solo singer/songwriter from South Wales who plays an array of acoustic original music. From a young age Ruby has been a regular hit with the locals in her home town Newport and is currently living in the North East of England to pursue her career in music. Ruby has recently put out an EP out called “King Of The World” featuring four original songs which are available to download online. Influenced by The Beatles, The Kinks and Creedence Clearwater Revival, Ruby creates refreshing stories with her catchy tunes that speak to a crowd.
