We are excited to announce our first swing dance workshop of the year with Lo Palmananas on February 7th at @uno.dos.tres.studio!
Hailing from France to Florida, Lo is a Solo Jazz and Lindy Hop international champion! You might have seen her cutting a rug at one of our Lindy Balls, but know that she is an incredible teacher as well!
For this upcoming workshop, she will teach how to take initiative as a follower, and play with the flow of the dance. From incorporating creativity into the classic phrase scheme/interupting it to consciously anticipate a move and initiate a direction.
This workshop will be also very important for the leaders, as they will train their listening and be better partners for followers!
Doors open at 1:30pm
