FOGGY MEMORY BOYS
Tucked in the Mountains of Northern New Mexico the Foggy Memory Boys combine the unique skills of New Mexico state Mandolin Champion and master Luthier Jacob Hagerty on Mandolin and vocals, Andy Yeomans on flat-top guitar and vocals, The Undertaker Uncle Willie Hunton on dobro, singer songwriter extraordinaire Zephaniah Stringfield on arch-top guitar and vocals, and Matt Mallwitz on Bass Fiddle.
While all five are talented in their own right, FMB is definitely a case of the whole being greater than its parts. Quickly becoming one of the most exciting acoustic acts in the Southwest today.
Sharing the stage with acts such as Tim O’brien, Molly Tuttle and Golden Highway, the Infamous Stringdusters, the Lil’ Smokies, The Young Dubliners, Liver Down the River, The Jon Stickley Trio and The Kyle Tuttle Band.
BABERHOOD BLUEGRASS BAND
The Baberhood Bluegrass Band pays tribute to Jeff Blanchard, the original founder, heart and soul of the long-time purveyor of bluegrass music in Iowa and the Midwest, Mr. Babers Neighbors. The Baberhood Bluegrass Band consists of various members who participated in the multi-decade history of Mr. Babers Neighbors. Their mission is to carry the torch lit by Jeff to bring a good time filled with traditional and original bluegrass music to audiences in Central Iowa and beyond.
Original Baber’s members Jerry Hoehle (bass/vocals) and Paul Perkins (banjo/guitar/vocals) are joined by former roustabouts Billy Kearney (fiddle/mandolin/guitar/vocals), Andrew Hoiberg (banjo/guitar/vocals) and Mark Hargrove (fiddle/mandolin/guitar/vocals) to play and sing hard-driving, mostly traditional bluegrass music that will keep you moving and grooving throughout the night, along with a few “Socials!” between songs.
