About this Event
This Fall, we at the Fog City Singers are celebrating our 10th Anniversary in grand style, with an ambitious concert unlike anything we’ve ever attempted before!
We are billing this concert as our “10 at 10”, an homage to the “10 @ 10” Bay Area radio program hosted by Dave Morey and broadcasted on KFOG throughout the 80s, 90s and 00s. Our concert features one great song from each of our ten great years so far, presented in chronological order!
Amidst our run of “Fog City’s greatest hits, through the years” we will intersperse performances by several of our most accomplished chorus quartets from throughout our history, including Western Additions (past and present) and Brannigan, the former youth quartet comprised of four of the six Fog City founding members! We cannot promise there will not also be skits, multi-media presentations, and more…it’s our 10th Anniversary, after all—nothing is off the table!
House will open at 6pm, Showtime is at 7!
Fog City selections will be performed in order, “through the years”:

The Venue:
Built in 1917, the Alcazar Theatre is a San Francisco historic landmark that combines state-of-the-art concert facilities with an architectural charm of the past. It is proudly located on “Theatre Row”, just three blocks west of Union Square. For those planning on driving, there is a paid parking garage adjacent to the theatre itself, and there are several other garages within a few blocks’ radius.
Yes, this is a full concert venue. With a stage. Lights. Designated seating. Even a bar with refreshments! We at Fog City are immensely excited to have the opportunity to put forth a concert in this space, and we are determined to make the most of it.
