Join area teens, youth leaders, educators, and Hampton Roads Trauma Informed Community Network members to celebrate Virginia's statewide resilience initiative and learn about an evidence-based framework for promoting HOPE (Healthy Outcomes from Positive Experiences). The event will include a brief overview of the HOPE template developed by the HOPE National Resource Center, a viewing of photos and videos taken by teens, spoken word poetry, and interactive activities. Youths will also share their trials and triumphs in navigating our uncertain world.
Join the conversation and learn how we can promote HOPE and support the positive contributions youths make in our communities and schools. Register today at bit.ly/3vM5RCc.

After the youth-led event, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the Chrysler Rotunda, join the Virginia Stage Company for a FREE performance of Every Brilliant Thing.
This powerful story is told from the perspective of a single performer. It blends comedy, improv, and audience participation to tell the story of mental health struggles and to remind us that hope comes from the miracles of life's minutiae.
This event is recommended for ages 13 and up. Visit www.vastage.org/ebttour for booking information.
