About this Event

Welcome to the Focus on Diabetes Class!

Nurse Delegation: Focus on Diabetes allows blood glucose testing–normally performed only by licensed nurses. A registered nurse must teach and supervise, as well as provide nursing assessments of the patient’s condition. Settings could include adult family homes, assisted living facilities, residential programs for people with developmental disabilities, or a client’s home.

This course counts for 3 hours of continuing education credits.
