Michael Chabon is the Pulitzer Prize–winning author of The Amazing Adventures of Kavalier & Clay, which the New York Public Library named one of the 125 most important books of the last 125 years. His novel The Yiddish Policemen’s Union won both the Nebula Award and the Hugo Award for Best Novel, and his second novel, Wonder Boys, was adapted into a critically acclaimed film. The Los Angeles Times calls Chabon “a loving craftsman of superb sentences” whose work is known for its dazzling fiction. Born in Washington, D.C., and raised in tobacco country, he now lives in California.
