Focaccia Bread making Class

In this course, students will learn the process of making sourdough and yeast dough. By the end of the course, students will understand how to make focaccia bread to create the perfect crust for pizza or to enjoy in other applications. Sure, most of us like pizza. Most of us love pizza, actually! Guests will enjoy their crusty bread pizza with their favorite toppings, make a salad dressing from scratch, and enjoy their meal with a special mocktail or cocktail using seasonal ingredients to make the most of a summer garden.
