Fresno Mindfulness Walks will lead two Saturday morning walks on October 16 and October 23, 2021. Both walks will begin at 9 a,m. at the Fresno State Alumni House (2625 Matoian Way, enter from Shaw and Maple, parking is free on weekends) and then embark on different routes across the University grounds. It's Fresno State's Homecoming week and a great chance to experience this gem of a campus in the midst of changing fall colors.
Walks are about 3 miles, at a stroll to medium pace, occasionally on uneven ground, and take about an hour and a half. By walking mindfully and without talking, we will experience the campus in new ways. At the conclusion of the walk, we'll gather back at the Alumni House and spend a few minutes talking about our walk experience.
