Ticket Purchase Disclosure
By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. All Sales Are Final
   All ticket purchases are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Group Seating Not Guaranteed
   Group seating is not guaranteed. Arrive early to increase your chances of sitting together with your group.
3. Communal Seating
   Seating at the event may be communal, meaning you could be seated with attendees outside of your group. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to this arrangement. Booth seats are also communal seating and will be limited to four tickets per booth.
4. Age Requirement - 21 and Over
   This event is strictly for attendees who are 21 years of age or older. Any ticket holder unable to present valid identification proving they are at least 21 years of age will be denied entry without a refund.
5. Lineup Subject to Change
   The event lineup is subject to change without notice. No refunds will be issued due to lineup changes.
6. Right to Refuse Entry
   We reserve the right to refuse entry to any person who is visibly intoxicated, under the influence of any substance, or causing a disturbance. No refunds will be issued in these cases.
7. Authorized Ticket Purchases Only
   Only tickets purchased directly from Eventbrite will be honored. We do not support or accept tickets obtained from third parties or scalpers. Any resale, attempted resale, or exchange of tickets will result in the cancellation of the ticket without compensation.
8. Identification Requirement
   Valid identification matching the ticket buyer's information is required for admission. Failure to provide valid identification will result in denial of entry without a refund.
9. Photography and Video Recording Prohibited
   Photography, video recording, and audio recording of the event by attendees are strictly prohibited. Any person found violating this policy will be removed from the venue without a refund, and any recorded material will be subject to confiscation.
10. Disruptive Behavior Prohibited
    Any loud talking, talking back, or heckling of comedians during the show is strictly prohibited. Attendees who engage in disruptive behavior will be removed from the venue without a refund.
11. No Outside Food or Beverages
    Outside food and beverages are not permitted at the event. Any attendees found with outside food or beverages will be asked to discard them or may be denied entry without a refund.
12. Late Arrivals
    Entry is not guaranteed after the event has started. Late arrivals may result in forfeiture of seating or entry without a refund.
13. Accessible Seating
    Limited accessible seating is available. Please contact the venue in advance to arrange accommodations.
14. Weather Policy
    This event will proceed rain or shine. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.
15. Ticket Transfers
    Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly allowed by the event organizer. Any unauthorized transfers may result in cancellation without compensation.
16. Personal Belongings
    Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. The event organizers and venue are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
17. Health and Safety
    By attending this event, you agree to comply with all health and safety guidelines in effect at the time of the event, including but not limited to mask mandates or proof of vaccination, if required.
18. Ticket Limit
    Each customer is limited to purchasing 4 tickets per event. Orders exceeding this limit may be canceled without notice.
19. Re-Entry Policy
    No re-entry is permitted once you leave the venue.
20. Content Warning
    This comedy show is intended for mature audiences only. It includes explicit language, adult themes, and content that may be considered offensive to some attendees. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept this material as part of the show. Viewer discretion is advised.
21. Attendee Assumes Risk
    By attending this event, you assume all risks associated with viewing comedy material that may challenge or conflict with your personal beliefs or sensitivities. No refunds will be issued based on offense taken to the show's content.
22. No Content-Related Refunds
    Refunds will not be issued for disagreements with or offense taken to the show's content, including foul language, adult humor, or controversial material.
23. Respect for Performers and Audience
    Attendees are expected to maintain respectful behavior throughout the show. Disruptive or confrontational reactions to the content will result in removal from the venue without a refund.
24. Emotional Distress Waiver
    The organizers, venue, and performers are not responsible for any emotional distress caused by the content of the show. By attending, you waive all claims against the organizers, venue, and performers regarding the material presented.

Social Media Release

By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you agree to the following terms and grant explicit consent:

1. Photography and Videography: This event may be photographed, recorded, or filmed for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and other public platforms. Recordings may include the audience and any attendees.
2. Consent to Use of Likeness: By attending this event, you consent to the use of your image, likeness, voice, and/or performance in any and all media, for promotional, commercial, or editorial purposes by the event organizers and their designees. This use may include social media platforms, websites, advertisements, and other media channels, worldwide, in perpetuity, and without further approval or compensation.
3. Opt-Out Policy: If you do not wish to be recorded or appear in any promotional content, please notify event staff upon arrival. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, avoidance cannot be guaranteed in all areas of the venue.
4. No Claim for Compensation: By attending this event, you waive any claims, demands, or causes of action for invasion of privacy, defamation, rights of publicity, or any other legal claim in connection with the use of your likeness as described above.

Signage and Notices: This release is provided in accordance with California Civil Code Section 3344. Signs may be posted throughout the venue to remind attendees that recording may be in progress
