FMSM’s 1st Community Christmas Giveaway

Required Documents to Pick Up Your Toys and receive your gifts, you MUST BRING the following COPIES based on your documentation from each group:

Group A:

- Copy of Current Lease (only the page with the listing yourself and children)

- Copy of VALID ID or Driver’s License (with matching address)

- Copy of Birth Certificates for all children

AND

Group B:

- Copy of Utility Bill (electric, water, etc.) — *NO cable or phone bills accepted*

- Copy of SNAP/TANF/SS/Medicaid/Free or Reduced Lunch Award Letter

(You need ALL applicable documentations from A & B if you missing something from either result to an item in C to replace that missing item)

Group C:

- Copy of VALID Passport (if no ID/DL)

- Copy of School Registration with matching parent or grandparent name

**NO EXCEPTIONS!**

Important Notes

- Please arrive only during your selected appointment date and time. NO EXCEPTIONS!

- A Copy of valid ID is required to shop. Passports are accepted if valid.

- If your ID address doesn’t match your utility bill, bring a notarized letter confirming residency with the leaseholder.

- Documents cannot be emailed for printing; bring printed copies of all required documents. For a small fee you can go to the local Library at 1817 New York Ave in Arlington to print copies before your appointment.

- The name on your ticket must match the attendee’s ID.

- You are REQUIRED to bring your printed ticket to the event.

***If Registered on December 21st Must Be Present for Full Sunday Morning Service which is located in the same parking lot at 10:30 am 2841 Galleria Drive Arlington, TX 76011, Sunday Giveaway is distributed after Sunday Morning Service
