Join us for our daily walks at 7pm sharp behind the Tim Hortons on Marion and St Mary's (Dominion Centre). Our walks are fun, inviting, judgment-free, and energizing, and are part of our Fml (fix my life) program, which aims to help individuals better their lives in various ways, including overcoming addiction, mental health issues, grief, and loneliness. Our program consists of 45 days, live-in or live-out, and includes gaining confidence, routine, employment, and getting your life back. All of this is offered free of charge, following Tommy B's guidelines. The walks are roughly an hour long.
