After 20 years of being in touring bands (Mighty Short Bus, WheelHouse,) he is riding the solo train till the wheels fall off. The music is country, not the bedazzled jeans repetitive songs about tailgate parties country, the real stuff. For fans of Turnpike Troubadors, Tyler Childers, Sturgill Simpson, Johnny Cash, Waylon, Willie and the boys.
The Names is the band, different night, different name. It’s got a northlander on bass, a drummer who doesn’t speak much English, and a temptress on fiddle. The show is as smooth as a shot of rail whiskey from a dive bar on a lonely night.
