As we advance in our careers, let’s remember that people are the number one asset. We will learn about two types of managers, the DEIB framework, and that belonging is the key to employee retention and job satisfaction. We will discuss and learn from seasoned managers and each other about how we can better create teams where people belong, grow, thrive, and stay.
