Hosted by Jack Wright and Chris Oliver, Wines & Punchlines showcases a fantastic lineup of rising stand-up talent from across the country, featuring Aiko Tanaka, BK Sharad, Caitlin Checkeroski, and Michael Good, with Eeland Stribling headlining the night.This event is one of many highlights of the Flyover Comedy Festival 2024, happening November 14-16. Eeland Stribling - Eeland Stribling is a stand-up comedian from Denver, CO, who recently won the New Faces competition at Comedy Works. He also appears in an episode of PBS's Roots of Comedy with Jesus Trejo and has a comedy special on OnlyFans through LMAOFTV. Eeland is the creator and host of "Comedians on the Fly," a show where he takes fellow comedians fly fishing. Offstage, he’s earned the nickname “Black Steve Irwin” as a wildlife biologist and educator. His passion lies in both telling jokes and teaching others about wildlife.
BK Sharad - BK Sharad is an up-and-coming comedian from the mean streets of Boulder, Colorado. You of course know him from his work as Jay Chandrasekhar’s body double in an as-of-yet unaired TV Pilot, but he is also making a name for himself in standup. His positive outlook shines through his jokes about the world and his experiences in it as a former emo, hockey playing, first generation, Indian millennial.
Caitlin Checkeroski - Caitlin Checkeroski is a Michigan bumpkin turned Chicago comic and now performs all over the country. She has participated in many prestigious comedy festivals including Altercation Fest, Memphis Comedy Festival, Motor City Comedy Festival and 10,000 Laughs. She recently headlined Zanies Chicago.
Michael Good - Michael Good is a New York-based comedian and co-host of the popular bimonthly show Steve Martin Presents. He has performed at SF Sketchfest, Moontower Comedy Festival, Dallas Comedy Festival, Beast Village Comedy Festival, Des Comédie Festival, Out of Bounds Comedy Festival, Motor City Comedy Festival and Hell Yes Fest, and was a finalist in both the Funniest in South Texas and Funniest Person in Austin contests.
Aiko Tanaka - Born in Tokyo, Japan, Aiko is a stand-up comedian, actress, and TV personality. She first appeared in the theatrical film The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift and was featured in the Justin Lin mockumentary film Finishing the Game, about Bruce Lee’s last film. Aiko has been featured on The Jim Jeffries Show and The Howard Stern Show, as well as on Comedy Central Asia. Most recently, she was a semi-finalist on Season 17 of America's Got Talent.
