Flying Chancla Presents "A Night Under The Stars Benefit" w/Str8up Band!

Veronica Sanchez is receiving a kidney from a generous and thoughtful young man. Please attend this event to help us raise funds for the recovery time he will lose at work. I was diagnosed with a rare kidney disease that caused me to go into kidney failure. I had to start home dialysis in March and started the process for kidney transplant. My boyfriend was the first to get tested and he was not a match. The next runner up was my cousin Carlito's. He said he would like to be tested and he was a match. After finding out that he was I told him that it was a huge commitment and he would have to be off of work for several weeks and go through a lot of testing. I also told him it would be ok if he changed his mind. I would understand and there would absolutely be no hard feelings.

That's when he told me that it was something he has always had in his heart to do. Ever since his mom was too diagnosed with a rare autoimmune kidney disease. She passed away due to complications and this was his way of honoring his mother. He has since been in close contact with me since he lives in Tucson. He is a man of faith and believe this was a true calling. We are both excited to share this experience together and both have faith that God is in absolute control.

He is an owner of his own landscaping business and I felt it in my heart to give back to the person who has so selflessly offered my a better quality of life.

My goal is to raise at least (1) months salary so that he doesn't have a financial burden to his wife and daughter.
