A kontakt improvizációban megszoktuk, hogy a központi tengely esésével dolgozunk – ezt nevezzük small dance-nek. A vertikális tengely elengedése az egyik alapvető eszköz, amely mozgást indít el a térben.
A BMC-n (Body-Mind Centering) alapuló szomatikus megközelítésekben az emberi embriológiai fejlődés anyagával dolgozunk, hogy meglássuk, hogyan érlelődnek bennünk új formák és a mozgás új lehetőségei. Ezeken az alkalmakon azt vizsgáljuk, hogyan tágíthatják a regresszív testtechnikák a kontakt duettekben rejlő mozgáslehetőségeinket.
A forma és a mozgás elválaszthatatlan keretek. De mi van akkor, ha a vertikális tengely nem a testben megjelenő első szervező struktúra? Különböző tengelyekkel és mozgásirányokkal fogunk játszani.
Fizikalitás, technikai készségek, finomság, élvezet, mélység, erő és könnyedség. Lehet-e mindez egyszerre jelen a táncodban?
A workshopon ezt fogod tanulni:
🔴 hogyan lehetsz könnyedebb a táncban;
🔴 hogyan tarthatod fenn a mozgást anélkül, hogy megdermednél;
🔴 hogyan maradhatsz stabil tánc közben;
🔴 hogyan találhatod meg az öröm és a feloldódás útját a saját erődben
Emellett megtanuljuk felismerni a mozgásirányt, a mozgás vektorát. Bizonyos értelemben ezt az irányt tengelynek is nevezhetjük. Megengedhetjük-e a mozgásnak, hogy végigáramoljon az egész testünkön, és „szörföljünk” a mozgás hullámain?
Igen, erre is kísérletet teszünk.

Artem Markov
Artem 2002 óta dolgozik a kortárstánc területén. 2004–2006 között az oroszországi Ufa „White Label” nevű társulatának táncosa volt.
2006-tól kezdett kontaktimprovizációt táncolni, és 2008 óta tanítja. Oktatóként számos fesztiválon szerepelt, többek között:
Dancefulness – Ukrajna Kontaktimprovizációs Fesztivál (2013),
Ibiza Contact Festival (2015),
Italy Contact Festival (2017, 2024),
Israel Contact Festival (2019).
Ezzel párhuzamosan 2006 óta testmunkával és mozgásterápiával is foglalkozik. Szomatikus műhelyeken vett részt, majd végül úgy döntött, hogy professzionálisan is elmélyíti ezt a területet.
Artem két szomatikus képzésben is végzett: az Integrative Bodywork and Movement Therapy (IBMT dip.) programban, valamint a SomayicBody Trainingben.
Tanít a SomayicBody Training programban, és saját szomatikus kurzusokat is vezet.

In contact improvisation, we are accustomed to playing with the fall of the central axis, which is called the small dance. The fall of the vertical axis is one of the main tools that initiates movement in space.
In somatic approaches based on BMC (Body-Mind Centering), we utilize the material of human embryonic development to see how new forms and new possibilities of movement are nurtured within us. In these sessions, we will explore how regressive body techniques can expand our potential for movement in contact duets.
Form and movement are inseparable containers. But what if the vertical axis is not the first body-organizing structure to appear in the body? We will play with different axes and directions of movement.
Physicality, technical skills, subtlety, pleasure, depth, strength and lightness. Can these qualities be in your dance at the same time?

You will study on this workshop:
🔴 how to be lighter in dance;
🔴 how to maintain movement, and not freeze;
🔴 how to be steady while dancing;
🔴 how to find resolution and joy from own strength.
Additionally, we will learn to recognize movement direction, the vector of movement. In a way, this direction can also be called an axis. Can we allow movement to flow through our entire body and surf on the waves of movement? Yes, we will try to engage in that.

Artem Markov
Artem has been engaged in Contemporary dance field since 2002. He worked as a dancer in Ufa (Russia) in performance group “White Label” 2004-2006.
From 2006, he started dancing contact improvisation. He has been teaching CI since 2008. Artem is contact teacher he taught in many festivals such as: Dancefulness: Ukraine Festival of Contact Improvisation (2013), Ibiza Contact Festival (2015), Italy Contact Festival (2017, 2024), Israel Contact Festival (2019).

In parallel, Artem has been engaged in body-work and movement therapy since 2006. He had started to participate somatic workshops and finally he decided to learn somatic professionally.
Artem is educated in two somatic universities Integrative Bodywork and Movement Therapy (IBMT dip.) and SomayicBody Training.
He teaches at the SomayicBody Training program, and also he conducts his own somatic courses.
