Carteret County Parents and Athletes,We had a great turnout yesterday and we're ready to bring the heat again this coming up Saturday May 4th.
If you are looking to see how fast your child is, we have a new opportunity for you!
My business Impact Strength & Fitness, LLC has recently partnered with Les Spellman Speed Labs to bring elite level speed training and tracking to our area. Our official partnership launch will be next week — stay tuned for more info on that.
This Saturday at the West Carteret High School track, I will be running a Flying-10 assessment for all local athletes wanting to know their true speed and how they stack up with athletes across the country.
To expedite the registration process so we can spend more time running on Saturday, please scan the QR code on the flyer and have your athlete create a profile.
Each athlete will run 2 tests and have times uploaded at the end of the session and see where they rank nationally. Event details are below. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to me directly. We look forward to seeing you and your athletes on Saturday!
•Who: Carteret County Athletes, all ages welcome.
•What: Track max velocity of local athletes and rank among athletes nationally, tracked by Flying-10 40 yard dash
•Where: West Carteret High School
•Why: Speed is king in sport! Faster athletes and teams tend to win more games!
•Date & Time: Saturday, May 4th @ 3 PM
(please arrive by 2:30 pm to finish registering—event warm up starts at 3 pm)
•Cost: $20 cash or Venmo, bottled water included!
