Meet Your Instructor
This fall, Keren Barr of North Georgia Band Instrument Service will lead Flute II – Advanced Repair Techniques, sharing the advanced procedures, techniques, and practical knowledge she's developed through years of professional repair experience.
Keren is a professional flute technician and owner of North Georgia Band Instrument Service. She is a Muramatsu and Straubinger Certified Flute Technician, having trained with Paul Rabinov and David Straubinger. She has also been an active member of NAPBIRT since 2004.
With decades of experience repairing professional and student instruments, Keren brings a wealth of real-world knowledge to the bench, helping students build confidence through hands-on instruction and proven repair techniques.
