The Fluid X Foundation Coaching Course offers a unique training approach to fitness coaching; it is centered around the innovative use of water-filled aqua bags.This Fluid X training system dives into the science of instability training, and is based on a 4-part integrated training principle.
The Fluid X Foundation Course will be conducted by Fluid X FX Educator David Velez.
Participants will:
• Learn the story of Fluid X and how it is establishing itself as a multi-disciplinary training tool
• Learn and understand the Fluid X training concept
• Explore and practice the Fluid X Core Training System and Movement System
• Implement the Fluid X programming & coaching model
By completing this course, participants will gain new perspectives on offering the Fluid X core training system and movement training system; it is aimed to break barriers and ignite creative yet purposeful thought-process to create fun and effective workouts with Fluid X aqua bags - for any one, at any age or fitness level.
