✨Join Melissa @artwithheart and Stephanie for a unique and intuitive fluid event to cultivate the artist in you!✨Yoga and the arts have been dancing together for lifetimes as they are wonderfully complementary, intuitive disciples rich in creativity and rooted in self-expression.
☕️ We will begin by experiencing a raw cacao ceremony to open our hearts and creativity.
?♀️ After welcoming this high vibrational plant food, we will find intuitive and playful movement through a POOL SIDE yoga mesh as we awaken the the inner artist and creator within us. This class is designed to get our creative juices flowing and invite our free spirit to come play!
? After our soulful yoga flow, we will move to a creative space where we will have time to make magic on canvas with fluid art.
? This mesmerizing acrylic pour technique inspires our inner artist to create our very own visually stunning masterpiece.
