Fluid Art Meditation Experience

The hypnotic movement of the fluid paint can be the key to un-hook from the outside world and hook into YOURSELF.

Hey Heather it’s M! I wanted to thank you so much for today. I can’t really explain it but I think I had another psychic change today or something. It was definitely one of the coolest experiences I’ve ever had. The rest of my day has been amazing too. I don’t remember the last time I felt this sense of peace and happiness. Just wanted to let you know ?

For this class I carefully set the intention of the space using essential oils and burning palo santo and then using your intuition you choose colors.

As you mix your palette we allow whatever comes up to come and when ready, perform a simple pour onto your canvas to allow an outward flow. To finish, if you choose, you may scrape the paint off the canvas to release whatever came up and out into the universe (or we can of course let the artwork dry for keeping)
