Granite VNA will offer the standard quadrivalent influenza vaccine. Granite VNA does not offer the high-dose vaccine. Immunizations are $30 each (cash or check); however, if a participant has Medicare Part B, Medicaid, Harvard Pilgrim, Tufts, or Anthem, Granite VNA will bill for the immunization. It is necessary for each person to bring their insurance card to the clinic. For individuals who are uninsured or underinsured, we provide the vaccine at no charge.
