Take your yoga practice to the water! FloYo is a mind body experience like no other. Practicing on the aqua boards, you will challenge your balance, strength and coordination all while exploring sun salutations, core work and muscle building bodyweight exercises. No prior yoga experience required, just an adventurous spirit. Classes meet at Welch Pool on Thursdays, 9a
