Flowing with Artistic Skating 101

Ever wondered how artistic skaters think about edges and balance?
Join us in London on Saturday Nov 22 & 29 (5–7 PM) for a 2-day experience blending technique, creativity, and body awareness on wheels.

Guided by Luján & Sofi, both artistic skaters and coaches, this workshop is designed for skaters who already feel confident gliding forwards & backwards and want to expand their skills in a mindful, holistic way.
For ages 16 and over.

📍 Saturday 22 – Building Foundations & Flow
🧘‍♀️ Roller Yoga to start
🎯 Artistic skating basics: skating forward & backward with control
✨ Swings & flow transitions
🔁 Mohawks / three turns (forward to backward)
🔹 Manuals & spins (two-foot and one-foot variations)

📍 Saturday 29 – Technique, Creativity & Integration
💃 Creative movement off skates to start
🎯 Overview of skating techniques & corrections
🔁 Three turns (backward to forward)
💫 Spins & simple jumps
🌿 Grapevine & dips
🌈 Final flow – putting it all together
