About the session
This week we soften into compassion using the image of a river moving through a forest—steady, clear, and unforced. We’ll ground the body, open the chest and shoulders, and let breath carve space around the heart so ease can return.
What’s included
• Tea service on arrival + gentle settling sound
• Breathwork to downshift the nervous system
• Grounding movement (all levels; chair options available)
• 25-minute guided meditation: Flowing from the Heart
• Reflection + optional sharing circle
Free community offering. A donation basket will be on the table to help cover the space and support future meditations.
Bring: a mat/blanket or use a chair, cozy layer, water, and a journal if you like.
