Join us at The Sound Healing Center of Lexington for a unique 90-minute experience that blends sound healing, Reiki, and expressive art. Flowing with Frequency invites you to move with the vibrations of the bowls and explore your inner landscape through sound and creativity.
We'll begin with a gentle sound bath, where you'll be immersed in the tones of crystal singing bowls while Danielle offers individual Reiki healings. As the energy begins to settle, we'll return—partially and softly—to the room for bilateral drawing, a form of intuitive mark-making using both hands at once. This technique gently engages both hemispheres of the brain, supporting emotional release, integration, and the formation of new neural pathways.
You'll create freely with color and motion, guided by frequency, not form. No art skills are required—just a willingness to feel and express. We’ll close with time for group sharing and integration, grounding the insights and energy stirred during our time together.
