Join us here at Stanley’s on Saturday, June 4, from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., as local freelance nature photographer Kendall Chiles leads a seminar on photographing flowers. With over 40 years of photographic experience, Kendall’s nature and travel photography has appeared in numerous magazines, books, and other publications.
A graduate of the University of Tennessee, Kendall is an instructor for UT’s Professional & Personal Development Program and the Smoky Mountain Field School. He has been an instructor and workshop leader for American Park Network/Canon USA, EarthSong Photography, Gander Mountain, Grandfather Mountain, Kentucky State Parks, National Parks of Lake Superior Fund, Natural Impressions Photography, Tennessee Outdoor Writers Association, and Volunteer State Community College. He served 14 years as president of the Southern Appalachian Nature Photographers (SANP) nonprofit organization.
This is a free event with no registration required. We encourage seminar participants who want to wear masks to do so, but we are not asking all participants to wear masks at this time. For questions about our events, give us a call at 865-573-9591.
