Flower GirlsA collaboration show with Next Members Barb Gal and Liz Truskin
Opening on March 29, 5-10pm

Show Runs through April 14.
This show at NEXT Gallery opening on March 29, is a departure from the usual practice of two artists in the two galleries. Instead Barbara Gal and Elizabeth Truskin are combining their work
into one large show. Barbara is the oldest and longest member of the gallery, and Elizabeth is one of the youngest and newest. It will be Barbara’s 13th show at Next and Elizabeth’s first.
Barbara will be showing work from Monet’s Garden in France. Elizabeth’s paintings include women and femine skulls, combined with painted and actual flowers. In addition, the two artists are working on some joint pieces, adding to each other’s work, collaborating by painting on photos and double exposing faces with flowers.
Elizabeth will also be offering free drop in watercolor classes during thier show on Fridays from 6 to 9, Saturdays and Sundays from noon to 3. Come by and create your own art from a collection of real flowers. Your last chance to see this show will be Sunday, April
14.
