Flower Flow Yoga Sesh: 10:00-11:00am

Our experienced yoga instructor Danielle Small, from Dear You Yoga, will guide you through a gentle, all-levels yoga practice infused with the calming properties of "flower".

Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this practice will help you find inner peace, release tension, and enhance your mind-body connection. Please bring your own flower and yoga mat.
